In the month of March, we focus on the theme of Expression! Expression is the third in the Metaphysical Trinity. Mind, Idea, and Expression. Similar to the traditional Christian Trinity; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, this Metaphysical Trinity is not three separate gods but one God in three phases of expression.

Expression is the creative activity of God, the loving, kindness expressed, the actions of God brought into the material world. It is through this very creative activity that we experience and express our Divine Potential. (Unity Metaphysics book 4) This activity in the world is more than just doing meaningless work… though, you may choose to use your power of strength in that manner. 

To take action is to engage the Trinity in your own life. The Metaphysical Trinity is the creative process of bringing Divine Idea forged in Divine Mind into Expression in our lives. So we center into our principles remembering that in every circumstance we are inherently good, because God is good and always present. We draw on our power of Strength; the ability to endure, stay the course, persist. It is in this strength that we return again and again to this creative process to co-create our lives in thought, feeling, and belief. We return to the inner sanctuary in prayer and meditation and finally we take inspired and determined action! 

Join us this month as we focus on the ways we Express the good in us all! And since we are welcoming the Lenten Season this month, we are exploring the ways we can shed the blocks to our clear expression and learn how to embrace the new opportunities that Divine Mind inspires!
