Power: Dominion

Action: Meditate

The center can mean so many different things as we consider utilizing the power to have dominion over our thoughts and feelings. One could consider the center as in the mid-point in an activity, realizing that it is not as supportive to spiritual growth as one might intend. Or center could refer to the mid point, the central part of an object. In the abstract it could be an action of focusing on the consciousness of Spirit within the heart. 

As we center into ourselves, we are learning to master, command authority over our feelings, our thoughts and belief systems. This action of centering is often known as meditation. We create conscious flow into and out of our spiritual beingness and our humanity. In this month of centering, consider the invitation to meditate on the activity of life, the thoughts and feelings that contribute to belief systems and the ways our systems contribute or dismiss our highest good.
