CommUNITY Meditation Night

October 1 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

CommUNITY Meditation Night is a time of group meditation. $5 Suggested Love Donation. Individuals and groups of any experience level are welcome. Each month a facilitator will begin by guiding the journey inward followed by a time of shared silence. This is a powerful activity to calm the body, quiet the mind, and awaken to the shared connection of the Spirit within all.
