Samantha Jones

Minister

Rev. Samantha Jones is a licensed Unity Minister. She has been serving Unity of Wichita in Spiritual Leadership since 2019. You can find Rev. Samantha on Facebook and YouTube for a regular Meditation Moment that is live streamed on Wednesdays at 9:30 AM. Samantha enjoys leading classes, book studies and meditation opportunities. She shares her life with her husband, Brian, their young son, Nevan, and their two dogs, Coco and Sushi.

Skip Swearingen

Accountant

Skip is the accountant for Unity of Wichita. He and his wife, Pat, are both recent retirees. Skip retired from his position after 23 years as Controller of the Wichita State University Foundation. They came to Wichita from Texas when Skip was assigned to McConnell Air Force Base.

Jessica Maldonado

Administrative Assistant/Producer

Jessica is grateful to serve many roles at Unity of Wichita, from minila folders and emails, to Sunday morning camera transitions. As well as Admin and Audio/Video positions, Jessica enjoys volunteering with the UBU group, SpiritGroups, the Youth and Family, and the choir/Sunday music. When she isn't at Unity of Wichita, you can catch her somewhere in the city getting civically engaged and encouraging others, or at home grateful to be with her family, (even if majority of them are furry and don't contribute much to chores...).

Elanor Ferris - Volunteer

Spirit Groups Leader

Elanor Ferris joined Unity in 2009, and has since served in many roles: Youth & Family Ministries director, Women's Luncheon facilitator, PRIDE representative, Prayer Chaplain, UBU lead, convention presenter, voting delegate to Unity Worldwide Ministries, and now volunteers as Unity Spirit Groups Program Leader. Elanor is on Facebook and YouTube with a regular live Meditation Moment, Wednesdays at 9:30 AM. She and her husband live with two family members, dogs named: Sir Didymus (Didy), and Lady Tortilla Ballerina Esmerelda (Esme'). Elanor loves to connect as a professional aunt for all the children in her life; and for their parents. Personally, she enjoys laughter, spreadsheets, camping, and horror movies.
